Course Reflection

This class went over in depth, the Linux command line interface. Specifically using the Ubuntu CLI distribution. In this course, I learned the basic folder structure and how to navigate through it. I learned security practices such as file permissions, user permissions and group permissions. I learned how to create, move and delete files as well as change files into executables. I learned the text editor nano, vi and vim. I learned basic command line commands such as creating files, reading files, searching for files and/or file contents.

I am now able to apply what I have learned in this class to my current job as well my future end career goal. The skills I have developed in this course allows me to better interact with servers on a more technical level.
